Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are inviting applications for the role of an Administrative Assistant in our wealth management firm based in Carmel, Indiana. This role is pivotal in providing general office support, processing data, and handling various clerical activities. This is a long term contract employment opportunity that involves a wide range of responsibilities, including drafting letters and creating templates.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Draft letters and create templates as part of clerical duties
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain records accurately
• Support the team in special projects as assigned
• Generate reports as required and maintain the accuracy of data
• Manage email correspondence and proofread for errors
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of basic office tasks.• Demonstrable proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience in composing and proofreading correspondence
• Familiarity with basic office skills such as filing, copying, and mail processing
• Ability to maintain records efficiently
• Experience in generating reports and drafting proposals or RFPs
• Proficiency in email communication and fax operations
• Experience in maintaining office supplies inventory
• Familiarity with a typing speed between 8,001 - 10,000 kph
• Prior experience in a wealth management industry is a plus
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and judgment to handle confidential information.
