Help Desk Support

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to technical assistance requests from team members and management.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle print room operations efficiently, including inventory management.
• Stay updated on system information and changes to provide accurate support.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and management about technical issues and resolutions.
• Use knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Basic Network Troubleshooting to assist in problem-solving.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information is available.• Minimum of one year experience in a Help Desk Support role or similar
• Proficiency in Windows 11
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Willingness to continue learning and improving technical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
