We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Admin/BA to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. This role involves leveraging Salesforce to improve our team's efficiency and productivity, primarily through creating dashboards and reports. You will also be responsible for customization of the platform to better suit our needs and assist in decision-making regarding Salesforce modules.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the implementation of Salesforce, ensuring its effective use within the team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce to drive team usage of the tool.
• Assist in decision-making process regarding the selection and implementation of modules within Salesforce.
• Liaise with the dev team lead and offshore SAP team for smooth operations and integrations.
• Customize Salesforce platform as per the team's requirements and business needs.
• Educate team members on the effective use of Salesforce Lightning.
• Coordinate with a consultant for effective implementation and usage of Salesforce.
• Handle Salesforce integrations with SAP.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively utilized in the sales process.
• Interact with offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration.
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ for accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records using Salesforce Administration and Configuration tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Platform is necessary
• Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
• Familiarity with Salesforce Configuration and Development
• Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce Environments
• Experience in Salesforce Integration is a must
• SAP skills are a plus
• Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required
• Must have a proactive approach to tasks and projects
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in project management would be beneficial
• Should have a customer-service oriented mindset
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
