We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Administrator to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to contribute to the largest team within the organization. The ideal Construction Administrator has experience in project management, reviewing contracts, RFPs, as well as project schedules, insurance documentation, etc.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a go-getter, problem solver and has a can-do attitude. This is a very team oriented group and everyone supports one another. There is also a lot of growth amongst the construction team, as well as within the company. Construction or similar industry experience is preferred. This position is hybrid and in the office 3 days/week.

Job Details



Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of construction documents, including contracts, change orders, and pay applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Assist with the tracking and monitoring of project schedules and budgets
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of project progress reports
  • Provide administrative support to the construction team as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in construction administration or related field is a plus, but not required
