Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, located in Midland, Texas. This position involves maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintaining precise customer credit records
• Timely creation, review, and dispatch of invoices to customers using NetSuite
• Managing billing schedules and addressing any discrepancies or issues related to billing
• Submitting invoices in Open invoice, Smart GEP, and Ariba in a timely manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a detail oriented and efficient manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed
• Utilizing skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Code Invoices, Enter Invoices, Invoice Processing, Billing, Electronic Billing, NetSuite, Open Invoice, Ariba.• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry
• Proficient with Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Ability to accurately code invoices
• Experience in entering and processing invoices
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and practices
• Familiarity with electronic billing systems
• Prior experience with NetSuite software is beneficial
• Ability to confidently use Open Invoice and Ariba systems
• Strong understanding of billing and invoice management systems.
