Job Posting: Senior Recruiter
Location: Hybrid - Baltimore, MD 21201
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday in-office; Monday & Friday remote
Core Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Duration: 12 month with possibility of extending

Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid role, balancing both remote and in-office work located in Baltimore, MD If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in high-volume recruiting, and are detail-oriented, we’d love to hear from you

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, including talent acquisition in high-volume and fast-paced environments.

  • Proficiency in ICIMS or similar ATS platforms.

  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.

  • Experience sourcing and recruiting through LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional networks.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Preferred experience recruiting for military or engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30+ roles at one time, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Leverage ICIMS or similar applicant tracking systems to track candidates and maintain accurate records.

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone or video interviews, and coordinate next steps in the hiring process.

  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

  • Perform reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment verification’s.

  • Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve hiring processes.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
