General Description:
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and support efforts to drive business growth. This role focuses on analyzing market data, customer insights, and competitive trends to create and execute marketing strategies that align with the business objectives. The position involves strategic planning, data analysis, and managing resources to optimize marketing campaigns, while ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:
Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans that support the growth objectives of business units, leveraging data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure alignment of product offerings with customer preferences.
Data Analysis & Campaign Optimization:
Analyze customer data, competitive landscape, and market trends to create marketing briefs and refine campaigns. Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Execution of Marketing Plans:
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including media planning, across both traditional and digital channels. Ensure all marketing efforts are in line with established branding guidelines, comply with budget constraints, and align with business objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Develop and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to track campaign performance and optimize ongoing efforts. Ensure accurate data management and reporting processes, and monitor outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage assigned marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support key initiatives and campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between marketing and internal teams, ensuring open communication and collaboration. Provide high-quality support to business units and foster teamwork to drive results.
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise and mentor a team, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Conduct performance appraisals, manage professional development plans, and ensure a collaborative, productive work environment.
Regulatory & Operational Compliance:
Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor team members, ensuring clear role definitions, goal-setting, and performance management.
Facilitate the development of team members through continuous feedback and development planning.

Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in marketing and at least 5-7 years of experience in data-driven marketing, business analysis, or a related role.

Skills & Competencies:

Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to synthesize complex data and extract actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive marketing initiatives and improve campaign performance.
Communication Skills (English & Spanish): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Capable of preparing and delivering clea
