Job Title: Operator/Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hr

Location: Newark, NY

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs, assembling electromechanical units, and operating production machinery. You will also play a key role in ensuring production guidelines are followed and documentation is completed accurately. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assemble electromechanical units according to production requirements.
  • Complete and review production paperwork to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Follow moderately complex assembly instructions to meet quality standards.
  • Operate machinery and production equipment to support assembly tasks and production goals.

Essential Skills

  • Soldering
  • Experience in general production and assembly processes
  • Familiarity with surface-mount technology (SMT)
  • Ability to follow detailed assembly guidelines and production procedures
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
