Assembly Technician

Working on a small team completing the assemblies of thruster and propellant systems for the aerospace industry. Pay rate will be $22-$27 depending on skill level. Relevant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities- Complete the assembly of thruster and propellant systems for the aerospace industry.
- Use hand tools and work under a microscope.
- Work in a clean room environment ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals.
- 3+ years of assembly experience.
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly.
- Experience working with hand tools.
- Ability to work under a microscope.
- Experience working in a clean room.
- Experience working with epoxies.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a small team.
As the company is currently in the startup phase, there is significant room for growth and long-term career development.
Work EnvironmentClean room environment with a small team of 2-3 people, looking to expand to 5 members.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
