Senior Administrative Assistant

Our client, based in Washington, DC, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Job Description: As a Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
