Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Certification: Valid WisconsinSpecial Education Teaching License or eligibility for certification.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience working with high school students with diverse learning needs and disabilities.

Your Role:
- Create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Design and implement tailored educational plans for students with special needs.
- Adapt Instruction: Modify teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Engage Students: Use innovative instructional techniques and technologies to make learning interactive and impactful.
- Monitor Progress: Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate: Work closely with general education teachers, counselors, and specialists to support student development.
- Communicate: Keep parents/guardians informed about their childs progress and educational goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Assistive Technology: Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
- Behavior Management: Knowledge of behavior management techniques and positive behavior support strategies.

Interview Process:
- Initial Screening: 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Recruiter.
