We are in search of a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Cheshire, Connecticut. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As an HR Generalist, you'll be instrumental in various human resources functions, from recruitment to employee relations and compliance.


Responsibilities:


• Rewrite and update job descriptions/postings to ensure they accurately reflect the current roles and responsibilities.

• Leverage your recruiting experience to assist with the recruitment process.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce for efficient processing of HR-related tasks.

• Handle employee relations issues and provide solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, including FMLA.

• Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for efficient tracking of applicants and recruitment metrics.

• Oversee Benefit Functions, ensuring employees are informed and all benefits are administered correctly.

• Maintain open lines of communication across the organization to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial processes related to HR.

• Implement and maintain an effective and efficient HR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Proficient in ADP Financial Services
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode)
• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce systems
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Knowledge of FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business matters.
