BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator Job for an opportunity in Rochester, MN location

Position Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Rochester, MN

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 4 Months  

Job Type: Contract role -Onsite

Pay Range: $20/hr – $23/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

Job Description:

•              Process daily transfer requests for multiple plants which includes retrieving worklists, processing requests in M3, preparing picking lists for shipping, and communication with manufacturing (daily)

•              Reconcile measuring machine systems interface 3 times/day, prepare worklists for floor and shipping, create shipping labels, and categorize worklists by product type (daily)

•              Open Order Reports for Intern and Outside Customers

•              Creates and Maintains several reports

•              Enters Inventory in 12- week planning tool

•              Maintains the Lot sheets for Lab in Lab Report Binder

•              Processes all invoices; as well as Returns and Credits

•              Maintains communication with Credit to make sure all accounts are current

•              Receives and submits all PO’s from Contract Manufacturing and Outside Clients; as well as manage and track all leathers for them

•              Maintains Customer Price Lists and Customer Codes in M3

•              Processes all paperwork for customers shipments and or containers

•              Process Audit Request

•              Creates labels to help with inventory

•              Maintain 12-week Planning Tools for Outside Client and Contract Manufacturing

•              Cross trained in department to back fill positions when people are out

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

•              Standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching.

•              Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds at shoulder level.

•              Visual Inspection

 Required Experience and Skills:

•              2-4years of related experience

•              Excellent organizational and time management skills

•              Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

•              Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•              Strong computer skills including ability to update and maintain product database, and use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook

•              Ability to work in a team-environment, with strong collaboration and follow through

•              Strong drive for results and self-motivated
