Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team at 1055 Hanover Street, Sugar Notch, PA. This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus an incentive bonus for perfect attendance. As a Machine Operator trainee, you will be responsible for working with production drawings and templates, adjusting machine settings to optimize production while maintaining quality, and troubleshooting any machine issues that arise. You will also be expected to adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
Responsibilities- Work with production drawings and templates
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
- Consider tools required to cut material and program machines accordingly
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager or supervisor
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health & Safety in the workplace
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience in machine operation
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience in the industrial sector
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Tape measure proficiency
- Organizational skills
- Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality
- Good knowledge of manufactured products
- Awareness of Health & Safety

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in the 1055 building - Quartz Department. The work schedule is the 1st shift, Monday - Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.
