CoWorx Staffing Services has exciting new opportunities for Maintenance Technicians in Charlestown NH.  There are 1st and 2nd shifts available.  These are direct hire positions offering excellent compensation, annual bonus and an excellent total compensation package. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoots, inspects and repairs production & operations machinery.

· Maintains and repairs electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or mechanical machinery as required across multiple areas within the facility.

· Performs program adjustments and creates programs for various CNC machines and / or automated production cells.

· Programs and runs CNC equipment to produce parts to support maintenance and engineering operations.

· Performs preventative maintenance on production machines per a schedule.

· Maintains accurate records for all machinery that requires a preventative maintenance (PM) schedule and / or requires an unscheduled repair.

· Informs leadership of any undesirable maintenance trends such as frequent machine repairs.

· Communicates professionally with leadership, teammates and machine operators using appropriate technical language and descriptions.

· Documents PM methodology for each machine by event. i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.

· Works with Lead / Management on rescheduling maintenance as necessary.

· Works with machine operators to resolve machine problems.

· Understands and adheres to the company quality standards.
 

· Applies intermediate and some advanced skills to perform functions of the position within assigned area.

· Uses diagnostics and measuring equipment to troubleshoot problems.

· May adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and / or equipment to meet the more complex requirements and functions of the position.

· Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.

· Works with leaders and operators to support continuous improvement.

· May periodically assist in orienting, training and verifying the work of other employees.
Scope

· Intermediate technician role with moderate relevant experience.
· Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
· Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

Education and Experience
· High School w/3 - 5 + years’ experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/1 - 3+ years' experience
