Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial, project/program, and grants accounting, ensuring expenditures are consistently aligned with grant and program budgets throughout the grant period.
• Monitor and track the performance of invested assets following policies and investment guidelines.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process by developing and tracking operational and programmatic budgets.
• Maintain fixed asset depreciation and amortization lapsing schedules and capital expenditures.
• Analyze financial data consistently and present financial reports in a timely manner to keep senior leadership informed of the organization's financial status.
• Administer and review all financial plans and compare to actual results for the purpose of identifying, explaining, and correcting variances as appropriate.
• Establish finance and administrative systems in collaboration with department heads to support program operations.
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Be the primary point of contact for external auditors and coordinate all audit activity.
• Support the CFO in engaging board's finance and audit committees around issues and trends in financial operating models and delivery.• Proficient in 3M
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Skilled in using CRM
• Ability to use Crystal Reports
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong background in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
