The role is based in Florham Park, New Jersey, 07932, United States. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be tasked with handling product liability litigation defense cases. You will be entrusted with court appearances, discovery, and motions. This role is an exciting opportunity for those who have an aptitude for working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handling consumer electronics-related cases.
• Utilizing Case Management Software for tracking and managing cases.
• Drafting and briefing for various cases.
• Handling complaints and claim administration effectively.
• Utilizing Adobe Acrobat for document management.
• Proficiently utilizing 3M for various legal processes.
• Engaging in civil litigation and conveyancing tasks.
• Assisting in the expansion of the firm's Florida presence.
• Handling court appearances, discovery, and motions.
• Ensuring adherence to the Florida Bar standards and regulations.• Must hold a degree in law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer is required.
• Proficient in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat software.
• Experience with Case Management Software is necessary.
• Familiarity with Conveyancer software is a must.
• Capable of efficient Document Management.
• Experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation is required.
• Proficient in Claim Administration.
• Must have experience in Complaint Handling.
• Knowledge in Consumer Electronics is a plus.
