At Soliant Education, we are dedicated to providing exceptional educational services to our students. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1:1 onsite position in a school setting.
Position Overview:
As an LPN with Soliant Education, you will work closely with a specific student to provide necessary healthcare support and promote a safe and healthy school environment. The details of the position will be shared during the interview to ensure the privacy of the student.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to the assigned student in accordance with their Individualized Health Plan (IHP).
- Monitor the students health status and report any changes to appropriate school staff and family members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
- Collaborate with educators and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in training and professional development activities as required.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including those related to safety and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license in [State].
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
