Location: Anaheim, CA
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Roles and Responsibilities:
Training Center:
- Assist with training room setup
- Greet students
- Oversee training materials inventory
- Set up meals and refreshments
- Ship and receive materials
- Assist instructor with Online Training
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Make Outbound training reminder calls to existing customers
- Take inbound calls, register students, transfer tech support and other calls
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
