Position: Intercompany AR/AP Specialist

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Novi, MI (Four days onsite, one day remote)

Pay Rate: $22-29/hour MAX

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

 

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

 

Must Haves:

  • 2 years of Intercompany AR/AP experience at an automotive company
  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong SAP skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (v-look ups, h-look ups, pivot tables)

 

Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for an Intercompany AR/AP Specialist for an automotive company in Novi, MI. This Intercompany Specialist will be responsible for all shared services transactions within the company. Transactions may include selling and buying parts between plants and transactions between trading partners. Their job is to make sure all AR and AP transactions are accounted for. This person needs the following skills to be successful in this role:

  • Daily use of MS Excel (must be strong in creating various “look ups” and pivot tables
  • Daily use of SAP (must be strong in T Code)
  • Demonstrated experience in intercompany transactions (Accounts Receivable AND Accounts Payable)
