Senior Administrative Assistant

The Senior Administrative Assistant (Nonprofit) will support the organizationâ?s CEO in all areas of administration such as calendar management, complex scheduling, communications, record management, project coordination, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, team members, and external stakeholders, handling communications with tact and diplomacy.
- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on relevant topics, providing the CEO with essential information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate and support executive-level events, including conferences, meetings, and presentations.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to the executive's workflow.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and cooperation.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience in nonprofit administration supporting C-Suite Executives within fast-paced environments.
- A passion to be a part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting the communities of Oakland, CA.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Smart Sheets, and other operational software.
- Successful project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- A high degree of integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Compensation:
