Job Description

We are hiring machine operators for a manufacturing role in Biddeford, ME. In this position, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products.
  • Ensure the machinery is running efficiently and safely.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Essential Skills
  • Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the work.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience of at least 6 months.
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with constant walking and standing.
  • Ability to lift 35+ lbs.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with machine operation.

Work Environment

You will work in a large, open manufacturing warehouse with long extruder machines operated and monitored by one operator. The production team currently consists of 20 people. The available schedule is for the 2nd shift from 3-11pm. Be prepared for constant standing and walking throughout your shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
