Wiring / Final Assembly

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Wiring & Final Assembly Technician to join our team. This position will rotate between the Crate Build and Quality Control departments as needed. The role involves mild to medium-level assembly work on our products using hand tools and a drill. While electrical experience isn’t required, candidates with experience wiring speakers in cars or boats may find their skills transferable. This role will include training, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company for the long term.
Responsibilities:Assemble and package parts for production.
Build wooden crates for product transport.
Hang and wrap parts for the powder coat line.
Cut materials using a bandsaw.
Perform wiring tasks using basic hand tools and drills (no prior electrical experience required, but prior experience with wiring is a plus).
Use electric and pneumatic tools as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Basic experience with wiring, such as wiring speakers in cars or boats, is a plus.
Ability to use hand tools and drills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a good head on your shoulders.
Stand, crouch, or kneel for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8-hour shift)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
