Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Experience using QuickBooks.
  • Comfortable with part-time work, 10-15 hours per week, and ability to work some weeknights

 

Responsibilities:

We are seeking at Administrative Assistant for 10-15 hours per week, onsite in Allentown, PA. The hours/schedule are flexible aside from 1 dinner event per week.

  • Help run day to day operations of the office including answering phones, replying to emails, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Take notes during scheduled board meetings.
  • Assist with program management of certifications and registration.
  • Keep track of AR/AP responsibilities using QuickBooks.
  • Do credit card reconciliations.
  • Help plan and attend monthly events and banquets.
