Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Description:

  • Promptly answer phone calls (100/day) from patients and referents seeking behavioral health services.
  • Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics.
  • Process internal and external referrals.
  • Communicate scheduling outcomes with referral sources.
  • Verify and update patient demographic information.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate.
  • Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Call Center Management Team.

Main Position Details:

Start: 12/02

Pay: $18.00/Hr

Location: Arden Hills/Columbia Heights area

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:30pm (Must be open to both schedule, but preference is taken into account)

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of call center experience.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, handle stress, deescalate, and problem solve.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in a team environment.
  • Must be proficient in use of computers.
