LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare staffing company located in Blue Bell, PA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary 3-month assignment at our healthcare recruiting company based in Blue Bell, PA. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work.
Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary 3-Month Assignment)
Location: Blue Bell, PA (Hybrid Schedule)
Pay: $20-25/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and verify invoices and check requests.
- Sort, code, and match invoices.
- Set invoices up for payment and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
