Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct inbound calls effectively using a multi-line phone system.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring superior customer service at all times.
• Greet and assist guests professionally upon their arrival at the office.
• Relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Conduct light administrative work to support the smooth running of the office.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer records.
• Be able to multitask efficiently in a busy office environment.
• Train with the current receptionist for a day to understand the job responsibilities better.• Experience as a Part-Time Receptionist or similar role in the construction/contractor industry
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties including administrative tasks
• Capability to handle Answering Inbound Calls promptly and with detail orientation
• Ability to manage Answering Inquiries from clients and staff members
• Competence in Answering Multi-Line Phone System effectively
• Skill in using a Telephone Answering System in a busy office environment
• Willingness to Assist Customers with their queries and concerns
• Previous experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is a plus
• Ability to organize and manage Customer Meetings efficiently
• Proficiency in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
• Ability to Resolve Customer Issues in a detail oriented and empathetic manner
• Experience in delivering Superior Customer Service in a fast-paced environment.
