Job Title: SAP PM Inventory Control Specialist

Pay Rate: 21.00
Location: Apopka, FL (Onsite)
Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview:

What You’ll Do: As the go-to person for inventory management, you’ll work closely with our maintenance planner and manager to make sure that the right materials are always available when needed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Oversight: Lead all inventory and storeroom activities for the maintenance and engineering team, ensuring a well-stocked, organized, and efficient storeroom.

  • Supplier Coordination: Partner with the Planner to manage supplier interactions and build a strong, ethical vendor database that supports our operational goals.

  • Record Management: Keep our SAP inventory system accurate and up-to-date by tracking physical counts, adjustments, receipts, and returns.

  • Shipping & Receiving: Handle all parts and equipment logistics, from receiving shipments to placing items in designated storage areas.

  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure all parts and equipment are binned correctly, with the database reflecting their accurate locations.

  • Returns Processing: Manage returns of canceled or damaged items and maintain stock levels within established minimums and maximums.

  • SAP S4 HANA Classification: Help classify and standardize materials, creating a streamlined system that categorizes items as OEM, general, or consumable.

  • Support for Technicians: Issue parts to technicians as needed and generate parts kitting to align with maintenance plans or repair strategies.

What You Bring:

  • SAP Inventory Expertise: You have strong knowledge of SAP inventory management, especially within SAP S4 HANA.

  • Attention to Detail: You excel in both computer-based record-keeping and manual inventory checks, keeping every detail accurate.

  • Team Player Mindset: You’re comfortable working collaboratively with different teams to meet the facility’s ongoing needs.

  • Experience in Inventory Control: Ideally, you’ve worked in an engineering or maintenance environment where effective inventory management was key to success.

Pay Details: 21.00 per hour
