Summary: Seeking a Quality Mechanical Inspector (CMM) for 2nd shift to perform detailed mechanical inspections, including FAI, Gage R&R, OQ, PQ, and IQ inspections.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a mechanical inspector.

  • Minimum 1 year CMM experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software.

  • Basic understanding of GD&T measurements.

  • Experience with optical comparators, tool mics, pin gages.

  • Basic CMM programming experience required with knowledge of Hexagon PCDMIS.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.

  • Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in QMS/Regulatory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using CMM, optical comparator, calipers, micrometers.

  • Write basic CMM programs for FAI's, CPK's, PQ's, OQ's and IQ's.

  • Interpret ballooned customer drawings with understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerance.

  • Maintain an accurate library of programs and setup instructions for all CMM and OGP programs.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
