Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Yorkville, IL. In this role, you will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, collaborate with educators and families, and support students in achieving their academic and social goals.

• Behavior Intervention Plans: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior support plans tailored to student needs.

• Training & Development: Provide training to school staff on behavior management and intervention techniques.
