Job Description

Join our team as a Filling Technician to operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines in a sterile manufacturing environment. We seek individuals with experience in aseptic environments and filling machines, committed to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate BFS machines under supervision.
  • Set up and tear down machines per production schedule.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Monitor production output for quality and consistency.
  • Conduct visual and physical inspections to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs.
  • Record and maintain accurate production data.
  • Communicate quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Participate in training to advance to the next operator level.

Shifts:

  • 1st shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm
  • 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm
  • 3rd shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am
