Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling circuit boards using small parts, picking and sorting parts for production, identifying and sorting defective parts, and packing boxes with finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble Circuit Boards:

Accurately assemble circuit boards by hand using various small parts.

Ensure all components are correctly placed and soldered according to specifications.

Pick Parts for Assembly:

Select and prepare the necessary parts and components for production runs.

Ensure parts are picked accurately and in a timely manner to meet production schedules.

Sort Defective Parts:

Inspect and identify defective or substandard parts.

Sort and remove defective parts from the production line to maintain quality standards.

Pack Finished Products:

Carefully pack finished circuit boards and products into boxes.

Label and prepare boxes for shipping according to company guidelines.

Shifts:
Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30pm
Monday - Friday 3:30p-12a
Daily overtime is required for business needs
