Bilingual Collections Agent

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Collections Representative to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer accounts, handling delinquent accounts, and ensuring timely payments. You will engage with customers through 75+ calls, live chats, and email correspondence daily, all while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make a minimum of 75 outbound/inbound calls per day to customers regarding overdue accounts.
• Handle live chat and email communications with customers to resolve collection issues in a timely manner.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and provide solutions to help customers bring their accounts current.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payments.
• Meet and exceed individual and team collection targets and goals.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in a collections is required.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and live chats daily.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
