We are looking for 4 Long Term Care Surveyors (SMQT Certified).

***Must have worked as a “LTC Surveyor” for at least 2 year and have recent experience within past 3 years on resume. The SMQT must be current.***

HOTEL & RENTAL CAR PROVIDED along with Meal Stipend Flight to Atlanta also included for those coming from out of state.

Start Date: September

Duration: 13 weeks, extensions likely

Pay: $2,019 weekly gross ($40.50/hr + $399/stipend)

Shift: 4x10s -NO WEEKENDS

Job Description:

Surveyors will travel throughout the state of GA to conduct surveys, file complaints, and launch investigations. Surveyors must be willing to travel from site to site. 

-Rental car will be paid for/or they can use personal car and mileage will be reimbursed. Surveys are scheduled a month in advance. Will work 10-hour days, 4 days a week. 

-We need strong surveyors that can write fast and of high-quality using computer for documentation. 

-Client prefers RNs, but open to others if you have strong, recent experience in completing surveys. If you are an RN, you'll need 1 year of recent experience. If you are not an RN, must have 2 years of recent experience****. 

-Orientation is one week in Atlanta. Dress code is office attire both during orientation and assignment. Accommodation will be booked by Prolink, and meal stipend will be given. If you are not in already in GA, your travel to GA will be provided.
