CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

  • Strong commercial construction experience: Fit Out, Renovations, Additions, Interiors, Ground Up
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, proposals, bid work, meet with clients
  • Project experience with commercial, institutional, academic a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial construction methods, processes and management practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Efficient & responsive to the needs of internal and external clients alike
  • Manage estimating process and timelines to meet company objectives, both short and long term.
  • Perform necessary research to produce accurate, complete, and competitive pricing.
  • Communicate with customers to define the project scope, address deficiencies, negotiate pricing, and build relationships.
