Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Laboratory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) testing and support various laboratory activities at Moderna’s manufacturing facility and affiliated contract organizations. Your focus will be on molecular and cell biology, along with general lab support tasks. You will play a critical role in supporting our QC operations for raw materials, drug substances, and drug products, including data management and documentation.

salary: $28 - $33 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine bioassay and analytical testing, including qPCR, sequencing, and electrophoresis.
  • Support raw material testing and ensure the integrity of materials used in production.
  • Prepare reagents, maintain lab equipment, and perform general housekeeping tasks to uphold lab standards.
  • Order, receive, and manage inventory of lab supplies and materials.
  • Write, revise, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
  • Manage data activities such as scanning and uploading records.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
