Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Receptionist for a contract to permanent employment opportunity in Montebello, California. The primary function of this role is to provide front desk management, communication coordination, and administrative support within the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees upon their arrival.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
• Handle general inquiries, provide information, and direct individuals to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Take responsibility for the management and distribution of mail, packages, and correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed.
• Assist with data entry tasks, filing, and maintaining records.
• Monitor the status of office supplies and order replacements as required.
• Coordinate with vendors for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Ensure adherence to company security and visitor policies.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in organizing files and maintaining a neat workspace
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
