Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative and Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement to establish a pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm meetings for the outside sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Diligently log and update lead information, interactions, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and lead tracking.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition and address common customer objections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies and maximize the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics, including number of calls, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities passed to the sales team.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
- Processing customer phone orders.
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates.
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer.
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative and Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions.
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience.
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required.
- Regular in-person is attendance required.
- Normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Pay: $60,000 - $65,000.
Physical Demand: N/A.
Working Conditions: Office environment.
Training/Certifications: N/A.
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Travel: N/A.
Education: High School Diploma. Some college is preferred.
