Aerotek is recruiting for several DIRECT PLACEMENT opportunities for a large growing company in Goose Creek, SC. Are you looking to grow your career from Technician to Supervision starting out making some of the highest wages and FULLY PAID INSURANCE around the Charleston market? Starting pay $32-$36/hr with large growth potential

Description:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in heavy industrial enviroment in the electrical field
  • Previous experience in Navy (nuclear), foundry, paper mill, aluminum
  • Must possess the skills and abilities to work autonomously while conducting routine electrical tasks.
  • Familiar with the handling, operation and safe use of all types of electrical equipment including:
    • motors, generators, transformers, rectifiers, switches, circuit breakers, relay, control equipment, communication equipment, electronic and fluid controls, power generation, transmission and distribution system, instruments, panel boards, replacement parts and supplies, wire and cable, insulating materials, solder, paint, etc.
  • Safe and efficient use of electrical maintenance tools and equipment including electrical testing and measuring equipment
