Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Stability Direct is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Fort Bragg, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients, supervising and directing the activities of nursing staff, and coordinating care with other disciplines.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate care with other disciplines, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Acute care facility experience preferred.
