Your Role

We seek an experienced Safety Operations Director to oversee the development and implementation of safety strategies that align with our core values. This critical position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven track record in managing teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting a culture of safety awareness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safety Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive safety plans that address site-specific hazards and risks.
  • Talent Management: Lead a team of 25-50+ employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Team Engagement: Foster a collaborative work environment through open communication, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
