NHG Energy is a leading provider of HVAC solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Indianapolis team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Job

This is a non-remote position that requires regular attendance at our Indianapolis location. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the assigned team.
  • Manage data files, scan documents, create folders, and file.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and mailing activities.
  • Enter data into computer systems.
  • Interface with other internal departments to resolve retail business issues.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of office and/or clerical experience.
  • Relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
  • General computer competency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting. You must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending at the waist, kneeling, or crouching. Additionally, you must be able to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to operate phones or other office equipment safely.
