Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to provide expert support for our Corporate functional staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). This role involves providing strategic guidance on HR generalist functions, including management of imperative HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve employee issues through investigation, follow-up, and recommendations for corporate COE's, including hotline calls response, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
  • Develop and implement Employee Engagement Initiatives, such as engagement action plans and corporate celebration activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Talent Acquisition initiatives, including Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership programs.
  • Analyze and report HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Provide assistance with Benefits and Payroll administration as needed.
  • Design and execute On-boarding programs and initiatives.

Requirements
  • HR/SPHR certification is preferred; proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Experience in Human Resources planning and organizational development is desired.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources is necessary.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolution development, is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of management are essential.
  • Ability to train and make presentations is also required.
