Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at CEO Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Participate in project management of factory automation projects and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Develop and maintain product drawings and project documentation, ensuring standardization and control across the organization.
  • Promote continuous improvement of production layouts, methods, and processes to enhance material flow and plant efficiency.
  • Support new product development through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain quality control measures and perform capacity analysis to inform equipment needs.
  • Evaluate and improve operational efficiency to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3+ years of prior experience in Manufacturing Engineering is required.
  • Ability to work hands-on in the manufacturing facility and proficiency in SolidWorks 2D/3D CAD software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with prototyping, testing, and reporting results is preferred.
Estimated Salary:

$95,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience.
