Speech and Language Therapist

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language services to students, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support students in overcoming communication challenges.

• Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure proper follow-through on goals

• South Carolina SLP licensure required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
• Experience in school settings is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
