Job Description

As a Premium Auditor with Davies Risk Services, you will meet with our client's policyholders onsite, virtually, or via phone to conduct a review of their business operations, financial records, and class codes assigned per industry and client standards as required by their insurance contract.

• Schedule appointments with clients to conduct the premium audit and obtain necessary information.
• Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software.
• Contact clients and communicate via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.
• Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records.
• Evaluate operational practices.
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Live in Owensboro.
• Have accounting or bookkeeping experience (although not required).
• possess strong customer service and people skills.
• Be numbers-oriented.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Be able to use deductive reasoning to find solutions.
