Job Summary

We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for building your own skills by training apprentices, working on a wide range of projects, and maintaining a constant focus on safety. You will also be expected to demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Train apprentices to be the best in the business
  • Work on a wide range of projects, including data centers, water processing plants, casinos, and pharmaceutical plants
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
  • Lay out and organize tasks for apprentices, use formulas to determine pipe fill, device and panel size, plan and handle materials required for the job
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years documented field work or completion of a 4-year electrical apprentice program
  • Excellent understanding of the electrical industry
  • Enjoy being part of a team, providing leadership, and producing high-quality electrical workmanship
  • Be highly curious and motivated to continue your education and professional development
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50-mile radius
