As a key member of our Global Compliance Management Services practice, you will support account teams in defining and executing account strategy for targets, existing clients, and proposal opportunities.

You will collaborate with and guide internal teams and clients through transition and execution of corporate compliance engagements, including the data and technology strategy to be deployed.

Additionally, you will identify, plan, and execute on year over year continuous improvement, including the identification of pull through and value add services.

Share leading practices, market trends, and client feedback to enhance processes, technologies, and overall client service delivery with peers and broader Tax practice.

For Senior Manager role, you will participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm; build and manage client relationships; team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice.

Minimum five years of recent tax or accounting experience with strong interest in process and technology is required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MTX, MBA, PMP or Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt (or higher), in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; Ability to work in a national/international teaming environment, work remotely with other team members.

Additional qualifications for Senior Manager role include minimum eight years of recent tax or accounting experience; experience mentoring and counseling staff/senior level team members.
