Job Summary:

About the Role:
The Graduate Student Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding enrollment, degree requirements, and requests for extensions. This includes assisting students with enrollment processes, answering questions about program offerings, and providing general support to graduate students.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from graduate students and field administrators

• Assist students with enrollment processes, including answering questions about program offerings

• Provide general support to graduate students, including addressing concerns and resolving issues

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to student inquiries and support provided


Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as education or customer service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
Cornell University offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
