Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Synectics Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing.

• Collect blood samples from patients using phlebotomy equipment and techniques.
• Prepare blood samples for lab testing by labeling, centrifuging, and storing them correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to meet the needs of patients and the organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions based on established procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable).

• Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
